As the primary fundraising groups for Texas A&M University, The Association of Former Students, the Texas A&M Foundation and the 12th Man Foundation exist to serve current students, former students, faculty and staff. To mark this historic occasion, we’re pleased to announce the following contests:
Aggie Ring Certificate
In celebration of 12.12.12 and the power of the 12th Man, Aggie Spirit and Aggie Network, The Association of Former Students is awarding an Aggie Ring Certificate, up to $1,200 in value, that a qualified student or former student can apply toward the purchase of an Aggie Ring — the most visible symbol of the Aggie Network that connects Aggies around the world. The winner may transfer the certificate to another qualified Aggie. The contest runs December 3-12, 2012, with the winner randomly selected at 5:12 p.m. on December 12 and notified via email. 12.12.12 Academic Award
A university degree is one of the most significant investments an individual can make in their future.Reflecting our support of students, which is one of the core missions of the Texas A&M Foundation, we are offering a special 12.12.12 Academic Award. Thanks to generous donors in the Fightin’ Texas Aggie class of 1981, we are awarding TWO $1,212.12 awards that winners can use to help fund their scholarly pursuits. Entrants to this contest must be current students who have preregistered for the spring 2013 semester (or who are continuing enrollment in the spring 2013 semester). The winners will be determined by a random drawing on Dec. 12, 2012, and notified by the email address they used to enter the contest. See the contest rules and enter on this form.
